In the past few months, I've been eating out way too much for it to be healthy for my body and for my wallet. In the spirit of saving money and becoming an adult, I've decided to learn to cook healthy wholesome meals, from the greatest and cheapest teacher of all time... the Internet. This first recipe is a garlic butter salmon baked in foil, with roasted potatoes and veggies. It's easy, nutritious, and so pretty!
Iceland has always been on my bucket list of countries to visit just for it's famously beautiful landscape. Anyone that has watched Game of Thrones knows just how breathtaking it can be.... Or maybe not, because nothing could have prepared me for the breathtaking beauty of Iceland in person.
