Disclaimer alert: I am by no means, a good cook. I love eating, and I don't like to work for it. If it requires more than an hour of cooking, I'd rather have popcorn for dinner.
In the past few months however, I've been eating out way too much for it to be healthy for my body and for my wallet. In the spirit of saving money and becoming an adult, I've decided to learn to cook healthy wholesome meals, from the greatest and cheapest teacher of all time... the Internet. Thank you, food bloggers, for making my life so much easier! I've been trying out different recipes the last couple of weeks, and one that I really enjoyed was this garlic butter salmon dish with roasted vegetables and potatoes. It's so easy and satisfying, that I really have no excuse to be lazy. Just shuffle everything in foil and bake; it really doesn't get more simple than this. The best part? There's barely any dishes to wash afterwards.
If you're interested in trying out this recipe, please check out the details below and let me know how it goes! :)

Amateur Tip 1: Double the marinade and use it on the roasted veggies
Amateur Tip 2: Minimize mess by folding up the edges of the tin foil before pouring the marinade.
Since I have so many more food adventures to come, I've decided to make this a series called "Cooked by Internet", so that I can share some of the dishes I really enjoyed making and eating with you guys. If you enjoyed this post or have suggestions for what I should learn to make next, please let us know down below. :)
Lastly, a special thanks to Primavera Kitchen, for helping me becoming a little bit more adult-ish.
Till next time,
