Neon Pop

The fact that in November it's still possible to go out without a proper coat and pants is truly amazing. I plan to milk this for as long as humanly possible (Winter, why can't you always be this mild?).  Lately, I've been feeling very inspired to carry my camera everywhere I go, documenting interesting bits of the city through my eyes. Might be a good idea for a post before I move, non?

I always love a good black-and-white outfit because it's just one of those combinations you can't go wrong with. Some say it's boring and predictable, I clearly disagree but a great way to add some extra personality is with a pop of colour, mix of textures, and cool accessories.

Wallet: Kate Spade

Here I'm using my neon Kate Spade wallet as a clutch to make my outfit more visually interesting. I'd been on the hunt for a new wallet for ages so when this one popped out at me, I had to have it. The more minimal an outfit is in colour and silhouette, the more important it is to pay attention to the little details. Accessories can make all the difference and with all the bright colours and pretty patterns Kate Spade is known for, it's one of my favourite brands to accessorize with. It simply adds some colour or that extra feminine touch to an outfit without becoming overwhelming.

Texture is another important detail that can make an outfit more interesting. Since I am obsessed with leather jackets, I try to make sure there's something unique about each one I buy. The texture of this jacket is gorgeous and the design is one I've never seen before.

Leather Jacket: BCBG Max Azria

Sweater: Banana Republic

Skirt: Zara

If you're lacking in colourful accessories, you can never have too many cute neon pandas ;)

Till next time,
